送貨費用及安排

• 送貨日期將是收款後的下一個工作天，或最遲三個工作天以內（惡劣天氣以及公休假期除外），如需有特別的時間安排，請電郵至goodenjoyin@gmail.com或發送Line與我們另議
• 凡訂購金額折扣後滿NTD 3,000（不包括送貨費用）可獲免費送貨。
• 訂購金額折扣後未滿NTD 3,000，送貨費用為 NTD 90。

保倍安商品均享有商品到貨後七天的鑑賞期，您可以在收到商品七天內申請退貨（限於未開封商品）。另外，若收到商品不良、瑕疵或寄錯商品等等（歸屬於我們的責任），我們將免費到府收送您的商品。
為便利退貨作業進行、本公司帳務處理及因應無法正確核對身分等，商品訂購人同意本公司僅得將退款退還予訂購人本人，訂購人不得指示將其對本公司之退款讓與第三人，商品訂購人亦不得向本公司指定應退款予訂購人本人以外之第三人。

退貨原則

1. 欲洽退貨請先洽客服電郵：goodenjoyin@gmail.com,或傳送至 Line
   
2. 本公司於收到退回商品確認無誤後，7～10個工作天內退款（不含週六日及國定假日）。
3. 訂購優惠組合商品，退回組合內部分商品者，其餘購買之商品將以單品原價計算，必須以完整組合作退換貨處理。如有任何未退回產品將以單品原價計算，并於退款中先扣除相關款項。
4. 收受商品超過7日鑑賞期以上，恕無法接受退貨，敬請見諒。

To check out after adding products to Shopping Cart, please register as member or, if already registered, please sign in as member. After signing in, you will see your order summary and total amount due. There are 3 payment methods:

1. Use On-Line Payment (this should be the link of China Trust Bank with HiTrust, need to awaiting them to provide details) we will deliver the product to your designated address or 7-11 shop;
2. Pay cash or credit card payment on delivery of products (we will send the products to your designated address via speedy delivery);
3. Make direct transfer to Good Enjoy International Limited Taiwan Bank or China Trust Bank account. Please send the transfer slip together with the order confirmation number by email to goodenjoyin@gmail.com ,OR to Line
   
   We will deliver the product to your designated address or 7-11 shop

• Delivery will be made after payment is received, on the next business day, or within 3 business days. There will be no delivery on days of poor weather or statutory public holidays. If you would like to request specific delivery times, please email to: goodenjoyin@gmail.com or contact us via Line for special arrangement.
• There is free delivery for orders of at least NTD 3,000 after discount (not including delivery charges in the order amount).
• Delivery charge for orders below NTD 3,000 after discount is NTD 90.

You may return ProBion products (not-opened bottles) to us within 7-days after purchasing. You may also return any defected products to us and this will be at our cost.
Refunds can ONLY been made to the initial purchaser, and is NOT transferable to any third party, nor any third party as assigned by the initial purchaser.

2. Refund is made in 7-10 working days while fulfilling relevant requirements (excluding weekends and Public Holidays)
3. For any discounted product set, stocks return and refund should be made as whole set. Any items that are kept by the purchaser will be charged at the initial full unit price accordingly and will be withheld from the refund value.
4. Refund option is not available after 7-days of stock delivery.
